This was the perfect fit for my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe, which required a powered converter , powered directly from the battery to make the trailer lights work properly. Tried a non powered plug and play model prior to this, it would not operate the converter due to being powered by the vehicles lighting system instead of the battery. System is working as advertised.
