Decent quality and fairly easy to assembleBought as a gift. The initial shipment was missing pieces but after contracting the seller they mailed out the missing components. Great customer service. Desk looks great.I was expecting a smooth tabletop, especially since it’s advertised as a smooth surface on which you can write on...however, it’s not. The entirety of the desk is white wooden textured instead of a glossy smooth material.The instructions to assemble aren’t the most direct and do require self know-how in order to complete assembly.As per other reviews, one drawer opens and closes perfectly while the other drawer gets stuck and needs a push to both open and close.Ultimately, I’d recommend spending your money on a different desk option rather than this one.I had a very hard time putting this together. Too many pieces that could have been already assembled before it arrived. The drawers were pretty simple, however the metal corner piece that helps the drawer slide out of the opening did not have any drilled holes like the other pieces. I ended up having a neighbor help me to connect the metal to the drawer. The top is not very strong and feels as though it would just slide off. So far, not very pleased with the vanity.I’m in email Purgatory with the manufacturer, going back-and-forth about how to work the screws.The colors match my bathroom perfectly! Obviously using this as a vanity. Step #1 is a pain to figure out. On mine the left drawer sticks. Oh well. For the price, you can’t expect perfection.The desk itself I really like. The problem came with the headache with the customer service when mistakes were made from the factory. I now notice in other reviews that this seems to occur with this product.We had the entire desk put together except for the last drawer when we noticed that one of the drawer pieces was mislabeled. This mistake made it so we could not finish assembly. The missing piece was no bigger than a business size envelope.After emailing the company I got a response within a day that asked for me to send pictures. I did and the next day they asked for more pictures. So I sent a video explaining the problem. The next day they replied they didn’t get the video, so I sent it again. At this point I talked to an Amazon representative who also wrote to them and instructed me on what to do if the company did not fix the problem. Again they asked me to send more pictures at which point In frustration I took pictures of everything with text labels everywhere. I also sent a very frustrated note with the actions Amazon Advised me to take. At this point they agreed to send me the part. Came within a week and I am very pleased with its outcome.If you’re looking for a great desk I think this is a good option, but be aware that mistakes have been made with this company and it is a headache to get them resolved.I will say however that even though I was strung along for a while, the company did contact me every time I emailed them.
