I would give 0 stars, but unfortunately I have to give at least one, that’s how bad my experience with Ever-Pretty was. I ordered 2 wedding dresses on April 23rd, due to the fact that they were to large both dresses had to be returned. Ever-Pretty lied about not receiving them, then miraculously they found them, they were giving me the runaround, to contact Amazon because since I didn’t order the dresses directly from them, they can’t do anything for me ( basically give us your money and go f yourself), long story short, upon contacting Amazon customer service, they were very kind to refund me for my dresses. I would give Amazon 5 stars for that, Ever-Pretty…. Not so pretty, would never buy anything ever again from this company!
